Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Rondo, a game by Rudby Games, and the websites rudbygames.com and rondo.rudbygames.com use, and how.
Data that stays on your device
Your progress (completed levels, stars, gold, purchased kits, hearts, super power stock, daily reward streak, sound and vibration settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it. A copy of gameplay events is also kept on the device; sending them to our server is described under “Anonymous gameplay statistics” below.
AI Coach
If you tap “Koç ne diyor?” after a match, this match summary is sent to our server: level number and mode, whether you won, score, best combo and the pass sequence (which player passed to which). Your randomly generated player id (not linked to your device) is sent to limit abuse. No name, email, location or contact details are sent.
Our server runs on Cloudflare and forwards the summary to Anthropic’s Claude AI service to generate the tip. We do not store these summaries. Cloudflare and Anthropic process data under their own privacy policies. If you do not tap the button, nothing is sent.
Anonymous gameplay statistics
To tune difficulty and the game economy, when “İstatistik” (statistics) is on in settings the game sends:
- the app version,
- a randomly generated player id (not linked to you or your device),
- gameplay events: which level you started, whether you won, why you lost, time, score, stars, passes, continues, super power use, running out of hearts, taps on the AI Coach button, shop visits, daily rewards and free gold rewards,
- in-game gold spending: kit, heart and super power purchases (what was bought and for how much gold).
No name, email, location, device identifier or IP address is stored. The game has no real-money purchases; gold is a virtual unit earned only in the game.
Data is stored on Cloudflare (Western Europe region) and deleted automatically after 12 months. Without an internet connection, events wait on the device and are sent once you are online. Turning statistics off stops sending. To have your data deleted, email us the player id shown in settings; the steps are on the Delete my data page.
Websites
Our websites use no cookies, analytics or third-party tracking. They are served through Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data such as your IP address under its own policy to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.
Contact form
If you use the contact form on our site, you send us your name, email address, the topic you chose (general, support, partnership, press) and your message. We use this only to reply to you.
- Your message is forwarded to our inbox as an email through Cloudflare Email Routing. It is not stored in a database.
- Your IP address is used temporarily to prevent abuse of the form (spam, many submissions in a short time).
- The form runs a robot check with Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile collects technical signals from your browser for this check and processes them under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Turnstile does not track you for advertising.
- We keep the correspondence in our mailbox until your request is resolved and for as long as needed afterwards. Email us if you want it deleted.
Service providers
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Only these service providers work on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: server, database (statistics), websites, email routing and robot check.
- Anthropic: generates a tip from the match summary, only when you tap the AI Coach button.
These providers may be located outside Turkey and process data under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
To find out what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@rudbygames.com. For gameplay statistics, include the player id shown in settings; we have no other way to match you to that id.
Advertising
This version has no advertising and no third-party tracking. If that changes, this page will be updated first and your consent requested where required.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The game never asks for a name, email or contact details.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. We update this page before adding any new data flow.
