Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Rondo, a game by Rudby Games, and the websites rudbygames.com and rondo.rudbygames.com. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms.
Licence
You may play Rondo for free for personal, non-commercial use. The game’s code, art, sound, text and name belong to Rudby Games or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or sell the game, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Virtual items
Gold, hearts, kits and super powers are in-game virtual items:
- They have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another person.
- They are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the game or changing devices may lose them.
- We may change their prices, amounts and effects to keep the game balanced.
This version has no real-money purchases. If that changes, we will update these terms first.
Conduct
When using the game and our services, do not:
- try to harm or overload our servers (AI Coach, statistics, contact form) with cheats, modified game versions or automation tools,
- use the contact form or our email addresses to send spam, harassment or misleading content,
- violate the rights of others.
If these rules are broken, we may restrict access to our services.
AI Coach
The AI Coach’s post-match tips are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and are for informational purposes about the game only. They may be wrong or incomplete. They are not a substitute for professional advice on real training, health or any other subject. The coach may not always be available.
Changes to the service
We keep developing the game and the websites. We may change, add or remove features, and suspend or stop online services (such as the AI Coach) temporarily or permanently.
Limitation of liability
The game and the websites are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that they will work without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rudby Games is not liable for indirect damages, or for loss of data or virtual items, arising from use of the game or the websites. This section does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we use your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory rights granted to you by the consumer law of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
